Returns

CSURF Board Shop will happily accept returning items for store credit OR full refund. All returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
To return an item:

• Any shipping fees associated with returning orders are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returning items must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
• Customer must ship returning items to the following address: 973 Main St E, Hawkesbury, ON K6A1B5, Canada.
• Customer must include order confirmation with returning items.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of damage.
• Original shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

All sale items/items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale.
All swim items are final sale.
