Our phone is manned from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. You can always send us a text message or email. We always answer as quickly as we can.

We may be small, but we care a whole lot.

Shipping - Canada.

All Canada orders are sent out using Ship Time 1 to 5 days delivery service.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.  

Returns and Exchanges.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them for a refund or exchange. 

Returning items will be at the cost of the customer. To return an item just package it back up and ship it via Post Canada to CSURF Board Shop, 973 Main St E, Hawkesbury ON, K6A1B5. Make sure you obtain proof of postage.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. CSURF Board Shop cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

All items need to be returned with all labels attached within 60 days and in the same condition as received, which is pretty standard stuff.

Postage will not be refunded, unless the item you got is not the right one.

Please note that from the moment we have the item in hand, refunds can take between 5-10 business days to reach your account.
